 About LorayneI am a geek! I love to learn and discover. I think these are important qualities for anyone who is in service to assist others in their Wellbeing. I have been on a journey of Self Discovery for as long as I can remember. I am a perpetual student of life and human behavior, and I love to figure out why and what makes people do what they do. I have seen so many wonderful women get bogged down with life, joyless and in pain, suffering because they feel like they are in a bottomless pit. They want to be well and enjoy their lives and they keep trying to find a way out of the repetitive cycle. I am here to tell you, I was there too and I have discovered ways of getting to the underlying cause of my own dis-ease. I have healed and I can help you get there too. Discover that life can be a joy filled, passion filled, wonderful adventure. It requires some work but I tell you, You Are Worth the effort! My journey has taken me in many directions, I have studied and explored the human psyche, spirituality in its many forms, the physical body how it works and how it moves. The one truth that I have discovered through all is that we humans are resilient, our bodies are incredibly adaptable, and we can handle a lot. This makes us remarkable. My hope is that you too can discover your own remarkableness, your own Love and deep understanding of who you are in Truth.
